Why Rave Home Staging?

Rave Home Staging is Jacksonville, FL’s largest home staging company. Our 20,000 sq ft warehouse is located off University near Powers. Since we own all of our own inventory, we can quickly and easily stage any style of home. We also customize our design and marketing strategy to the most likely buyer demographic for a particular property.

We are efficient and professional. Our stagers go through a systematic training program and stay up to date on the best industry practices. Our team includes movers, stagers, assistant stagers, administrators, and even an in-house professional photographer.

We typically complete staging and photography within seven to ten days of a signed contract. While we sometimes work with homes that have sat on the market for weeks or months, we do recommend you stage prior to listing your property. This gives your potential buyers the best first impression of your home, and gives you the best chance of selling quickly, at or above list price.

Our Founder

Rave Home Staging was founded by Melissa Marro, who has spent nearly two decades in the home staging business. She formerly served as the Chairman of the Board for the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) and regularly keynotes at international staging conventions. Having grown not one, but two large home staging companies in entirely different real estate markets, Marro is an adaptable home stager and business leader. Marro is also one of the only staging training providers to actually successfully build a staging company.
